Our web-based support tool gives us remote desktop control of our
customers systems any time day or night. We install a client on your
remote server and access it whenever you need support, or as part
of our predictive maintenance.
We can deploy Predict anywhere in your system and gain remote Server
control. We can even perform online setup of your clients, saving you the
delay in waiting for an engineer to arrive at site. Setup requires no firewall
configuration on your system or network, and subsequent access takes only
seconds.
Predict does not require configuration to existing security structures.
Predict session traffic is protected by 256 AES encrypted to ensure that the
entire datastream is fully secure. The Support Rep login access is password
protected, and all logins are via an SSL secured website.
With Predict, we can reboot and auto-reconnect to your without having to
manually reinitiate the session. We can install programs, change settings,
and continue troubleshooting the Server completely unassisted by anyone
on the remote machine providing trouble free support whenever you
need it.
Predict eliminates the need for phone support by allowing both you and
our support staff to initiate a chat session. Additionally, we can select single
files or entire directories for file transfer, providing fast, effective updates
and patches.
